Legal basis

Storing information on your terminal device and reading it is governed by the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. Cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for require no consent. Everything else, analytics included, is only stored once you have given it. The standard for that consent comes from the GDPR (art. 4(11) and art. 7): freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as it was to give.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device. This site uses no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting and no advertising identifiers. Preferences are not kept in the browser localStorage.

Necessary cookies, used without consent

csrftoken - protects forms against cross-site request forgery; first-party; stored for up to 12 months.

sessionid - keeps your session after you sign in to the panel; first-party; up to 1 hour and removed when the browser is closed.

website_theme - remembers the theme you chose (light, dark, system); first-party; up to 12 months.

website_cookie_consent - records your cookie decision: the version of this policy, the categories you granted and the date; first-party; 6 months. It contains no identifier and no information about you.

Legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and working, and of demonstrating the consent given.

Analytics cookies, used only after consent

Tool: Google Analytics 4.

_ga - distinguishes users for statistics; first-party, written by the Google script; up to 24 months.

_ga_3K3BNHZKY6 - keeps the measurement session state; first-party; up to 24 months.

Until you consent, the Google script is not loaded and your browser sends no request to Google servers at all. We use no Google Signals, no remarketing, no advertising and no user identifier (user_id), and we send Google no data that could identify you. The IP address is anonymised.

No marketing cookies

This site uses no marketing, advertising or profiling cookies. Should that change, a separate consent category will appear in the banner and we will ask you again.

Consent and its withdrawal

The banner appears on your first visit. It lets you accept all categories or reject the optional ones in a single click - both options carry the same weight and cost the same effort. The detailed settings let you pick individual categories. No optional category is ticked by default, and the banner does not block access to the content.

You can change your decision at any time in the "Cookie settings" section on this page; every page links to it from the footer. When consent is withdrawn we delete the Google Analytics cookies left in your browser and the script stops being loaded.

Your decision is kept for 6 months. After that period, and after every change to the version of this policy, we ask again.

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

The analytics tool is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and, for anything it does not cover, under standard contractual clauses. Hosting and site maintenance providers acting solely on our instructions may also be recipients.

Browser settings

Independently of the settings on this site you can manage cookies in your browser: block them, delete the ones already stored, or use private browsing. Blocking necessary cookies may make it impossible to submit a form or sign in to the panel.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
